For projects involving structural changes or reconfiguration, interior architecture is integrated to ensure the foundations of the space support the final design. The process is structured but adaptable, allowing the level of detail, involvement and support to respond to what the project requires.

01. Initial assessment & early access
You complete a short assessment to join the Virtual Design Scheme waitlist. This helps ensure the service is the right fit for your space, budget and expectations. Waitlist members receive priority access when new slots are released.
02. Design brief & direction
Once onboarded, you’ll complete a detailed design questionnaire and share any inspiration. This allows Studio Kiri to understand your space, lifestyle, preferences and practical requirements before design begins.
03. Concept & layout
A clear design direction is developed for your room, including colour, material and spatial layout. This forms the foundation of a cohesive, well-considered scheme.
04. Full room scheme & visuals
You’ll receive a complete room scheme including furniture selections, finishes, layouts and visualisations to show how everything works together in your space.
5. Sourcing & implementation guidance
A curated sourcing list with clickable links is provided, along with styling guidance to help you confidently implement the design at your own pace.
6. Optional procurement support
For clients who want a more hands-off experience, Studio Kiri can coordinate purchasing and logistics to ensure the scheme is delivered smoothly.
