A Different Approach to Interior Design

Studio Kiri was founded by Niamh O’Sullivan in response to an interior design industry that is often too expensive, too slow and overly complex. After years working within luxury design environments, Niamh saw how high quality design became tied to long timelines, large budgets and processes built for a narrow client base. While the outcomes were refined, access to professional interior design remained limited.

Studio Kiri offers a different approach, centred on making professional interior design more accessible for everyday UK households. Through intelligent design thinking and a modern approach to sourcing, curation and process, the studio delivers elevated, considered interiors that reflect individual taste and lifestyle without the typical price tag or barriers of traditional studios.

Studio Kiri designs confident, creative interiors with a strong sense of identity, shaped by the architecture of the home and the client’s tastes. Styles range from contemporary to more traditional spaces with a modern edge. Colour, materiality and form are used thoughtfully to create depth and personality, resulting in interiors that feel memorable, uplifting and unmistakably personal.

Founder

Niamh O’Sullivan founded Studio Kiri to make professional interior design more accessible, without compromising on creativity, quality or longevity.

Originally trained at Central Saint Martins, Niamh began her career in luxury fashion, designing for Louis Vuitton and Alexander McQueen, working under Creative Directors Virgil Abloh and Sarah Burton.

This background sharpened her instinct for colour, texture and materiality, and shaped a disciplined, editorial approach to design that now underpins Studio Kiri’s interiors. Her work is driven by the belief that great design isn’t about excess or exclusivity, but about creative clarity, intelligent curation and cohesive expression — skills that should be available to far more people than the industry traditionally serves.
